Tot left on bus not acceptable
Last week, another pre-schooler was left on a bus in Gloucester County. For four hours on Tuesday, 4-year-old Sarah Oglesby sat alone in tears, locked in a seat belt on a parked school bus. Nobody missed her. Nobody knew she was missing. Nobody came to check.
