A 16-year-old student at CREATE Charter School in Jersey City was arrested at the school with a loaded .32-caliber handgun about noon yesterday and a large fight broke out afterward in the school cafeteria that resulted in the arrest of an 18-year-old. Two Jersey City men were arrested over the weekend in the cold-blooded murders of two people who were each shot in the head five days ago.
